Lady Death Demonicron is still on the road to launch. Digital copies go live 31 August 2026 on Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox. Nintendo Switch digital follows 11 September 2026. Physical Switch and PS5 boxes, plus Kickstarter physical rewards, ship from November 2026. This hub is the calendar and the change-log, not a rumor blog.
Start with the launch roadmap for the dated list Art of Play published on ladydeathgame.com: free Steam demo on 15 June 2026, final trailer on 4 July 2026, then the storefront unlocks. If a key email is late, that page also covers spam folders — the studio warned that the word KEY plus Art of Play is a junk-mail magnet.
If you already played the June demo and want to know what you are still missing, open demo versus full game. Early public builds lacked grapples, some air combat, and parts of the sixty-move card. Cheats were announced for the first full release, not as a demo menu. Ravenheart is marketed for local split-screen; some demo slices were solo only.
After 31 August 2026 this hub will grow one page per patch. Art of Play already rewrote a combat engine once (after The Phantom) to fit Lady Death’s combo design, so hitbox patches are plausible. We will not invent patch numbers. Steam news and the official site remain the source; we translate them into player language and link the systems they touch — combat, codes, walkthrough.

Kickstarter backers should watch for playtest emails separately from launch keys. Pre-order digital copies were sold as eligible for Steam playtests; that is not the same as the 31 August unlock. Physical manufacturing can slip because Nintendo and Sony control pressing — the official site already starred November 2026 as dependent on those timelines.
Until the first post-launch patch, treat Steam discussions as anecdotes. A thread calling the demo stiff is useful for controls practice, not as a 1.0 review. When numbered patches exist, each update page will list combat, cheat, and trophy notes so you know whether to restart a cheat boot.
